“Sick of buying OEM replacement switches for my old ford from the wreckers, as ford no longer stock many AU parts, and experiencing them dieing, I purchased these new from panelhouse, as they stand by their products - (something which other sellers could learn to do!) So far, the switches seem reliable and function as expected - so hopefully this will continue into the future. And if not, well - they weren't too dear anyway!.”
“Experiencing a failed electric window switch in my ford, I sourced this one from Panelhouse, installed it and so far, it works perfectly.
This however, is the 2nd switch I've purchased, as the first replacement, (from a different seller), failed, and neither the manufacturer nor seller would honour the warranty after only 1.5 months! Very poor after-sales service - and I won't be using them again anytime soon!
This switch is also stamped with the same manufacturer logo, so I trust this one will outlast the last one!
However, judging by the reviews, it seems that Panelhouse will stand by their products - even if the manufacturer won't.”
