-Remove your door trim (theres a sneaky screw on the side edge of the door trim facing the rear of the car).
-Pull off the tweeter trim (2 clips hold it in)
-Unscrew three phillips head screws that hold the mirror in place
-Unplug the connector
-Done.
Take the painted panel off your current mirror if you want to, and it fits perfectly on this new replacement. It also comes with a plain black panel that is easily removed and attached.
