“I received my unit and noted that it seemed a litle faulty as the reverse liught flickered. When I installed it it seemed to work. The following day the reverse light stopped working.
It has taken 2 months and muliple emails of me checking possible causes, at their request. When I determined that it was the wiring and needed to be replaced, they informed me that I had to buy another unit before they took back the previous one. When I pointed out to Alister that this is not how Austrtalian Consumer Law works, I received an unsavoury phone call from him.
Dispute is now with the ACCC.”
