“Since I'm not a great person in communication through the internet, I certainly would like to make the following comments in reference the purchase of the above products -
1. Not certain in completion of order form. I phoned the 1800 number spoke to a gentleman who very patiently and calmly guided me through the process, by answering my questions. e.g. the amount extremely when looking product in catalogue, methods of postage / handling were explained, giving confidence in dealing with the company - great.
2. At end of conversation with the gentleman, offered any further concerns, please call us - great.
3. I was not the product urgently, general streamline would be find, was advised possibly towards mid week ( 3 - 4 days ) that was fine with me, remember I am not requesting any urgency with the item.
4. Order placed with your company on a Thursday afternoon, allowing the process of payment to be recognized by the account section, place order, then have it transported to address on account. Yes, it arrived Monday morning - GREAT.
5. Even though I was going to use the TRACING of the product on Monday, instead, there was knock the door, it was the goods.
I do not have any hesitation to use or even recommend persons to use your company for parts in the future. Barrie Hepburn”
