You could provide generic videos to easy download, to assist them in replacing old components with new ones.
Instead of including free stickers with your delivery, how about a PANEL HOUSE "QR" code sticker?

“Upon opening the delivered product I was very pleased with the look of the mirror. Replicated the model patent numbers. However whilst installing the product to the vehicle it was noticeable the it didn't quite fit like the old mirror. Mainly on the bottom section. Where the old mirror fit snug to the window seal, this product does not. Also quiet noticeable is the noise the mirror makes whilst driving the vehicle. The mirror itself jumps around quiet a bit. And often hear it knocking about on the mirror housing mount. As far as Panel House service, I was most happy with delivery and updates on delivery schedule.”
“could pic the difference from product. However it is not a stable as the original and vibrates much more where as the original is very stable. I appears that the vibration is due to a lesser plastic stability at the connection point where the mirror housing connects to the door mount. Still happy with the end result especially the price”
