“I purchased an item, it was sent out promptly only to be lost by Australia Post so 28 days later Australia Post, after numerous phone calls, told me it was put down as lost. I contacted Panel House and informed them of the situation they were awesome and had already sent out another no charge. The 1st one arrived the afternoon they sent the 2nd one so I told them I would send the 2 nd one back when and if it arrived. It only took 3 days. As it turned out a friend of mine needed one as well so I paid for the 2nd item and all was done. These guys were absolutely awesome I recommend them to all.
