Hi Jacqueline - we're sad that the cream isn't a match for you. Sometimes, a stronger estriol cream is needed to do the skin repair work that can accumulate with long term atrophy. Hopefully you now know that bioidentical estriol is an option and can work with your doctor to find a stronger solution that will work for your body. Take good care.
