HI Cassie Thanks for reaching out. We did a survey with our customers and found that about 20% show some improvement within 2-4 weeks. By 8 weeks about 40% have significant improvement. By 16 weeks 80% of women feel complete relief. There are a few women for whom it takes a little longer, especially those long past menopause where estrogen levels were non-existent. By 6 months 98% of our customers find the issue of vaginal dryness has resolved. So, hang in there, it might take a little longer to rebuild that tissue so it is plump and healthy, but you will get there. Soooo glad the Vibrant Third progesterone cream is helping with sleep. zzzzzz :-)
