However, I'm grateful to do it because I believe Parsley Health has my best health interests in mind. I'm not sure how many I should take per day, so it's hard to monitor if my sleeping has improved in quality or not based on my intake. I wish I could take the vegan protein powder everyday, but my budget right now forces me to either take the probiotics and magnesium or the powder.”
