“First of let me give you your flowers love the watch it feels great looks great. But my first experience was unpleasant get my watch in a good time frame but it was broken the crown was completely detected. I contacted customer service after sending pictures and video they did say I can return or exchange but only after sending it back and reviewing it and then if they feel it checked out they will go ahead exchange or return.but with Christmas here and not have 45MM in stock I took the loss and just got it fixed myself. Not a great first experience don't know if this is a regular thing that happens bit the watch is nice but not sure if I'm going to buy again.”
“The presentation itself is just nice alone & then getting to the watch. Its sturdy, heavy but not to heavy that itll weigh down your wrist. Will def be looking into buying another one. ASAP”
