“I really enjoy my new Paul rich watch. It has a solid feel and great fit on my wrist. The dial color and crystal bezel look amazing and shine from several feet away. Even the box it comes in is very attractive even though I don't use it. The only gripe I have is I wish it didn't take so long to receive it. It may have been because I ordered it on a holiday but I will order another one to test that theory. Thank you for your time”

“I gave this four stars due to them not communicating very well. They sent me the wrong watch. I ordered a silver one, but receive gold after complaining a bit on their Instagram they let me know. They shipped a new watch, which, in fact I thought wasnt true, because I never communicated with them, in fact, they actually did send me a new watch so I was very pleased after that because it was one of my boyfriends Christmas gifts. This is my second year ordering him a watch from this company and he absolutely loves them.”
