“I love my bracelet, but my 5 star review is based on the fantastic customer service I received. My initial delivery had been tampered with and bracelet stolen and replaced by an old dvd! After emailing PV customer service team they replied quickly to say they were dealing with the issue. After 4 days I then had an express delivery with my product in it and replaced. I’m so impressed with the team who dealt with the issue and extremely disappointed with the UPS courier who felt the need to steal products.”
