“A sublime, highly attractive pen from this prestigious Italian brand. The steel nib writes perfectly straight out of the box, with no hard starts or skipping. There is a little bit of feedback, but just enough to know that you are putting pen to paper. The ink flow isn't particularly wet, but neither is it dry: a very consistent feed and a reliable nib with which to write for long spells. I find the chrome section to be surprisingly grippy for longer writing sessions, which is refreshing when metal sections can often be quite slippery to hold onto after a while. I would describe the size of the pen as medium; it's not particularly chunky like some of the higher end Visconti pens (Homo Sapiens, for example), but nor is slim and slender by any means. It feels substantial in the hand without being heavy. Everything about this luxury fountain pen whispers quality, and you certainly won't be disappointed or feel short-changed.”
