“The top of the pen that covers the nib doesn't fit on the end of the pen when you take it off to write. It leaves you holding the top of the pen while your writing. This should ideally fit tight on the end of the pen whilst your pen is in use. The fine nib is quite thick !”

Good Morning, Any product reviews are always greatly appreciated, we apologise that your'e not completely satisfied with your Lamy pen. I have checked the Lamy Nexx pens that we have in stock and whilst the cap does not click onto the pen you should be able to push the cap on so that it is secure. if your pen does not do this then it may be that this has a faulty lid. With regards to the fine nib, your pen should have come with an Extra Fine. If you had the fine sent to you in error please let me know and we can try to resolve the above issues for you.
