“Two plastic parts are designed to slide into each other tightly. Due to the natural deformation of injection molded parts, these parts did not slide into the designed end. They just catch at the one end of the smaller part. I had to shave one of the two until it firmly slide in. It took about 40 minutes of my time to do so. What should have been done by the manufacturer is to rework both molds to make sure these two parts slide in even with the deformation of the injection molding process.”
