“The crossbar that attaches the bat caddy to the seat slot does not have the gooseneck feature shown in the picture. This leads the seat stand to be a bit too low and can catch on some inconsistencies on the course. Moving the crossbar to the rear closer to the battery has helped somewhat but I still think it would be better to have the slight gooseneck curve to raise the seat stand.”

“I have enjoyed my Bat Caddie Seat Assembly but the attachement to the cart has broken off. I tried with adhesive, but that did not work, then I tried with some screws and nuts, but it will break down soon. I don't want to buy a seat - I think Bat Caddie should replace it.”
