“This harness was the perfect size however the clip opened whilst out walking in a field 4 times I ended up taking it off and using his collar to get him home safe. He wears Small back and below size on his harness but we tried the xs attachment for the front as he is a cross bread and needs a smaller chest piece and the small was a little too big. This did not attach smoothly to the size small other pieces of the harness.”
Thank you for your feedback, Annie. We're sorry to hear that you have had problems with the clips not fitting together properly with the new section on your harness. This is certainly not what we would expect from our harness.
It sounds as if you either have a faulty piece or you have sections from different size ranges as the different ranges are not compatible with one another. We will contact you directly to investigate further.
