“It is super soft and nice. I love the color and it fits my small Havanese perfectly. It took me a minute to figure out how to put it on and since my dog things putting a harness on is a game, it takes longer to put it. It does not really help with pulling and he just moves it to the side to the point wheee he is limping but he is very much energetic and I hope it will get better soon.”
