“I brought this harness because I am in a dog group with 7 others and their dogs, they all have and love this harness. I brought one and found she didn't fit it, I called and customer service and they helped me and sent me 2 extra parts to try, they also sent me one for a part that felt faulty, all no extra charge.
Unfortunately I found that this harness just didn't work for my dogs shape and had to return it all. Evan though this wasn't the harness for my dog, working cocker spaniel, the customer service they provide is exceptional. Thank you.”
