“Messaged the company as I have a fast growing lab pup who at the time of ordering was 18 weeks. I saw a recommendation on a FB puppy group mentioning you could buy individual parts of the harness as your dog grows instead of buying many different ones. This appealed to me. I emailed over measurements and photos along with my contact details. Jake rang me within the hour and discussed my options. I went with the recommendation and ordered. Having a very nippy land shark it was difficult to try on but could see it was slightly on the big size. Rang again and they were super busy however had an email back fairly quickly. Several emails later a smaller size was arranged and dispatched straight away. First time out and got very muddy. Washed and dried on no time”
