“Unfortunately, something went wrong with the order. I was convinced that I ordered M-S-L and was disappointed that I received S-S-L size. I checked again the order and indeed, I did not realize that the order was for S-S-L. As shipment costs from and to Switzerland are high, I am wondering whether I might not be able to exchange next time I am in UK. We now have one harness that works again, so are not in immediate need.”
