“After being sent the wrong part and waiting another week for the correct one, this dpf was not alligned at all well to the heat shield and the retaining bolt holes. The cilinder was slightly too long and the exhaust pipe too short at the bend to fit the heat shield correctly while the welded brackets were miss-aligned and not in the correct position. I had to heat the brackets and welds and bend to fit the heat shield better. This left me wondering about the quality of the internals which can not be assessed if they could not get the easy welding measurements correct. Dealing with customer support was ok, however the excuses about why the wrong part was sent we’re not necessary and arrangements to get the wrong dpf back to the supplier was frustrating.”
