A few months ago, I ordered a set of these as a test for our upcoming wedding - I loved them and decided that closer to the day that I would order one for each of our guests. The design proof is prompt and delivery took just over a week. Unfortunately, to no fault of the company, a few were damaged in transport. The team were amazing - my fiancé called customer care who asked us how many were broken and when we needed them for - this was on Friday and our replacements arrived Wednesday morning.
