I called up as soon as the order was placed but was told it couldnt be changed as it had already gone to production (instantly apparently). I have been using you for years and regularly, for personal and corporate gifts.”

Thank you for your honest feedback. We have recently launched our online design software that allows our customers to design, preview and approve their artwork on the spot when placing an order. This in turn allows us to get our orders out the door much quicker no longer having to design, send and await approval post-purchase.
We will always do our best to make any changes post-purchase however once the order has been approved online, it is sent to our production team instantly. I'm sorry we were unable to change your order on this occasion.
We do still have our fabulous custom artwork feature available where if none of the standard artwork options are for you, you can provide your custom details and our design team will take this information and create something completely custom for you as per the request. This will then be sent to you post-purchase for approval. This feature is also completely free of charge :)
