“This mug is fantastic. The mug arrived before the estimated due date and looked fantastic. Quality of the mug itself was impressive and the engraving was done very well. I do recommend spending the extra $5 for the double sided engraving as the engraving faces the drinker. This is my 2nd time ordering off Personalised Favours and I will definitely be purchasing more birthday gifts from here next year.”

I didn't need to although because I received it soon after. But I ended up making a call to find out the location as I had not got an email with tracking and so on.”
