“Table numbers. I ordered table numbers for my wedding and unfortunatley without noticing ordered only number 1 instead of 1-10. Jamie was amazing. She called me and explained and helped me rectify my mistake easily and quickly. When the order arrived one of the numbers was scratched and I had no stands. I simply emailed Jamie a photo in which was responded to instantly, she was extremely apologetic and has resent a new number and all the stands. Nothing was too much work. Even with a few hiccups I would still highly recommend personalised favours - Jamie was great to deal with and I can't thank her enough for how professional and helpful she was.”
