“mix up. was sent one glass instead of two even though your website said glasses not glass however when i rang they were most helpful and agreed to send the second one with no shipping charge the only problem was the second glass did not match the first glass it had a gold edge and the other glass didnt however the engraving on both was beautiful and i was running out of time frame so i just told the couple one was for the girl and the other one for the man it would have been too late to send one back but i was happy with the quality”
“Engagement Champagne Glass. Quite happy with the item. Only criticism is the lettering is somewhat hard to read with the light coloured foam insert. Perhaps the insert could be a color (red, burgundy, blue) to help make the writing stand out. I simply did this myself with red tissue paper and I'm happy with the result.”
