“Everything I have purchased from "Personalised Favours" has been of great quality, that is except for the "Mother's Day Engraved Wooden Garden Box Kit".
The tools are all great but the engraved box is already broken. The materials used are of poor quality and very flimsy. The lid doesn't fit into the grooves on the box very well, it's like it was made 5mm to big. The lid also only made of plywood and is bowed which meant that it didn't fit into the grooves on the box. It is very tight when trying to slide it into the grooves on the box and while trying to put the lid back onto the box (for the first time) it was very tight and the box broke.
As stated above, everything else I have purchased from this business has been great, which makes this purchase even more disappointing.”
