You then offered me 2 alternatives, I chose one and got no response. I followed it up, then followed it up again as Sat 12 is my friends 60th, and then you send me an email saying you haven't heard from me.

So disappointing, I now have nothing to give him for his landmark birthday.”

“I bought these for a mates' birthday engraved with his name and initials on various items in the set. It was received quickly once I had specified what I needed engraved and the style as there are various styles to choose from. My mate loves it and no-one can nick HIS glass of Scotch anymore! From my dealing with this company I can say they do well.
