“Hi, I’m not happy but it is was it is. I don’t want a discount or anything for free but I do expect to get what I ordered. The second decanter that came was good but the it’s a bit smaller in size than I expected. As of the delivery, the fist delivery came with the damaged box ( I will insert a photo) and the second delivery (decanter) I was watching the lady thru my window and dumped the box on the floor and left without ringing the doorbell. Thank you but I will not be using your services anymore.”
