“I have rated 3 because the price, service/communication, delivery, and efficiency were absolutely fantastic. I am taking 2 points off as the actual engraving is very light and is hard to read. It is not as clear as the picture unfortunately which is upsetting. I have put different coloured liquid in them as well to see if it makes a difference but it didn't”
