“Shot glasses turned out perfect. I ordered 10 organza bags to go with the glasses however I only received 9. I emailed customer service and they replied within a few hours with huge apologies and sent the missing bag straight away. I am very impressed with the customer service, especially from an online store. I find that these days, more so since Covid, that retail assistants have forgotten what customer service is or don’t care.
