Communication was fantastic when I wanted to change a name on one of the glasses after I had already approved them so that was great that I got to them in time and that they got back to me in time all of the proofs were sent very quickly after my order (the next day or two) and then only took about a week and a bit to get to me after the proofs were approved. They are exactly what I wanted and they all look fantastic and will be great gifts for our bridal party and parents for our rehearsal dinner.
