“Great service, product and responses!. I ordered 100 of the wine glasses with engravings, it does take a little while to produce so order early if you have a big order! They finish production in time and get the deliveries sent through fast! The wine glasses look good! However, with shipping, there is a possibility of breakage. We got replacements pretty fast from Personalised Favours, but I feel that it may be good to have a refund option for customers as well.”
