“I would like to say in happy with this item but I still not received it even ordering on the28dec and money coming out of my account 29 Dec so I am not happy you have now sent me this to fill in for you before I have got my goods”

“Ordered this for my sons 8th birthday, football and Chelsea mad. Pleased with the quality and ease of ordering. I didn't understand the 'load a photo' bit as it didn't load and not sure where it would go. Value for money will be his face when he unwraps this gift.”

“Overall - Great Idea , however, on my copy the Issue of the recipients photo partially covered by recipients name - with length of name ( 11 letters ). was disappointing. Could it have been avoided -obviously that did not show up on the sample. Dennis Barnsley”
