“Never received my order. Paid for 1-3 day delivery and 7 working days later, nothing. The woman I spoke to was not helpful and just told me to check with the post office however the order number isn't one Royal Mail recognises. Waste of money and my colleague hasn't had his leaving gift.”

Dear Catherine, I am sorry that your original and replacement mug have not arrived. We do ask customers to check at their local sorting office as many items are found there.
