“Hi, about the Man Utd mugs, these mugs are OK but not really high quality for the price, the ones I received do have some unsightly black marks round the rim on both mugs. I also think the picture is the wrong way round, I would have preferred the logo on the front and the Stadium picture on the back, they're OK if you're left handed, maybe an option would be a good idea. One more disappointing thing the name printed on the mug is very small and because of the style of the font it is therefore not very clear what the name is. So the features are good but could be better, build quality is average, value for money poor, I have no comparison with similar products, but overall a good gift idea. Thank You.”

Dear Donald, We have now spoken to you about this and although we were unable to change the position of the logo and the picture, we have resolved the other problems.
