Dear Miss Suzy Hi Suzy, I can only apologise that you originally received someone else's order, this was a packaging error on our behalf. We try our best to avoid this but occasionally we do make a human error. I can see that you already contacted us about this and we have since resent the correct mug to you on a next day service, where delivery was attempted on the 1st October. I have tracked your order and can see that this has now been collected from your local sorting office on the 8th October.
