“Engraved?? I had no option. Box was horrid i had to replace it myself. No funnel to help put ashes in. Chain was tiny. Only good thing was it came quickly but again no message no invoice. I am not a happy customer”
“My daughter purchased this as a gift for me following the loss of our beloved dog. I placed a lock of hair inside. Unfortunately, on the first day I wore it, it came unscrewed and was lost.
I now know that this website advises that the top is glued on. So if you buy this as a gift for some one, please advise them, as it was quite upsetting.
The product was fine, I have today ordered myself a replacement.”
