“This stuff is magic, one spray and I haven’t smelt any cat pee in days. The last tenant in my unit obviously let their cats pee all over my balcony and the stench was completely overwhelming, my cat wouldn’t even venture out there. I treated the area only once and not even that thoroughly, and not only is there no smell but after it dried my cat was immediately outside rubbing herself all over the balcony floor.
