“It works really well and smells great, and far better than the chemical versions I've been using! I purchased a new automatic cat litter box and one of my cats hasn't gotten used to it and has been peeing outside of the box, so it's taking a little while for them to get used to it, at least it's not every day. Working it into the tile grouting makes a huge difference. The previous chemical cleaners I was using weren't working, they would still pee in the same place every day, regardless of how much I scrubbed it.”

Thanks for sharing đ Just to clarify, our products remove odours, but theyâre not a training deterrent. Removing the smell helps stop repeat marking, but pups still need training and redirection alongside cleaning đž

When the carpet gets wet again (from shampooing, humidity, or moisture in the air), any urine that has soaked through into the underlay or subfloor can âreactivate,â which is why the smell can return after a few days even though the surface seems clean. A couple of tips that can help: Make sure the area is fully saturated with the enzyme, not just lightly sprayed â it needs to reach where the urine travelled. Avoid shampooing immediately after using the enzyme. Let it fully dry and do its job first (sometimes 24â48 hours). For stubborn stains/smells, repeat treatments are often needed, especially if accidents happened multiple times in the same spot. That said, weâre glad to hear itâs still performed better than other products youâve tried, even if it hasnât been a complete fix yet.
