“We purchased the carpet shampoo to try to clean old smells and stains from cat urine on the carpet in the study. The cats just seem to keep going back there. It did take out the potent smell and the room was usable when the windows were left open. We treated the offending areas a few times. However, there is still a lingering smell if the door is kept closed to the room. I'd like to try the other product that soaks into the carpet then is left to air dry to see if it is any better.”
