The stain remover really does totally remove discrete accidents, but it is not always easy to keep track of where they occur. The new carpet shampoo has made it possible for me to freshen up the whole carpeted area, minimising the risk of little furry people returning to the scene of the crime and leaving the room smelling fresh and clean. I am still amazed when I lift a rug after treatment with PetLab products and can see with my eyes and smell with my nose that the offending mess truly is completely gone!
