Hi Ken, I can see that you purchased the outdoor turf solution, however we do recommend that for heavily soiled areas you try our two-step treatment as this give you optimal results and the urine stain and odour helps to break down the uric acid crystals that are often the cause of bad odour. I would definitely consider giving this a go in conjunction with the outdoor turf solution. Thanks again for taking the time to offer your feedback.
