First time purchaser here after reading all the good reviews.
On delivery the package was completely soaked through.
This was clearly due to the rough handling of Australia Post.
I contacted Pet Lab and sent through some photos and they replaced the item within a couple of days.
I have since been amazed by the product and use it in my cats room most days.
The smell is so refreshing

“Absolute saving grace for me! We got our baby Basset Hound Monty in December and he has been nothing short of a nightmare to toilet train bless him.
