This was clearly due to the rough handling of Australia Post.
I contacted Pet Lab and sent through some photos and they replaced the item within a couple of days.
I have since been amazed by the product and use it in my cats room most days.

“Absolute saving grace for me! We got our baby Basset Hound Monty in December and he has been nothing short of a nightmare to toilet train bless him. So we have been through many bottles Petlab urine stain and odour remover plus the carpet cleaning cleaner.
