It not only completely gets rid of my pups accident smells and stains but also deters her. I wish I bought this when I first brought her home!!! “I recently purchased a house. Now not knowing the damage until the owner moved out, she lived inside with 3 cats who had urinated that bad it seeped under the lino sheet floor into the concrete. The smell was like a dead body of ammonia. We were recommended clorox urine remover. We went through 12 litres of the stuff. It foamed up and it had to be wiped off the floor with a wet sponge. 5 hours later!! All we could smell the next day was hints of urine and pretty much the chemical. If it didn't foam up it hadn't reacted to urine and therefore we didn't wipe it off so the chemical residue was left in the concrete leaving the smell. Having to replace the entire floor I wanted to smell gone before spending so much money re-doing the whole house I had to find a solution, and thank god for recommended posts on my feed because PetLab came up a few days later. We purchased it being very sceptical of "eco friendly", what eco friendly products actually do the job properly or often?! Well let me tell you, if you want to see a video of how much urine was in the house I have it and PetLab removed ALL like not joking ALL THE SMELL!! I could have cried. It's left a vanilla type smell to one of my rooms but there is not one hint of urine smell anywhere. We've just done outside and even the smell from this ladies dogs has gone. It's magic. Worth every $$ and I have some left over to do when my puppy pees around the yard. I'm more than impressed and give this product a 20/10! Spray on old stains and leave it to dry. How easy is that. I honestly thought I was going to be living in a home for the rest of my life smelling of ammonia and urine. No one would believe me when I say it was horrendous. We had to wears masks daily while renovating and removing and cleaning the floors. We repainted the entire house and that didn't even mask the smell of urine. Well done PetLab. My hat is definitely off to you!”
“This product works astonishingly and smells even better. Really does get rid of the urine smell and doesn't smell like an enzyme based product which means U avoid having a different foul smell in your house. I am a cat foster carer and so have lots of cats come through my house so having a product that prevents ongoing pee issues is great. Customer service from this company is also amazing.”
“I have a four seater chaise charcoal black velvet lounge that was only a year old. It was in a space where we do not sit and we had a new kitten that decided it was her toilet spot, unbeknownst to me! When I found the source of the smell after a week or so I was mortified. It was so set in and even though I cleaned it with every google thing I could find it was still present. I then had the lounge professionally cleaned, it seemed to work but humid days it crept back and then finally just remained. I did this twice.
I messaged pet lab after ordering the large bottle for any help applying and they replied back quickly but urged me to do a spot test on the colour.
I told them it was my last resort and I feel it would need to be thrown out.
I saturated about 4litres into the seating letting it sink in and left to dry.
I do not know what magic this in but it has worked!
Fresh as and I waited a few weeks before sending this in case it just masked it. But it has completely worked.

“Couldn’t work out why our media room stunk so bad all the time and did notice dark yellow stain along edge of carpet in corner. Turns out our tenants must’ve let their dogs wee in the housealthough they had shampooed the carpet. Nothing would get rid of the smell in the room. I ordered Petlab stain and odour remover. What a MIRACLE this stuff is! Soaked it liberally overnight, did have to wash it down with water to get rid of yellow chemical on beige carpet but then… stain gone, smell gone AMAZING product.!! Thank you so much for fixing this disgusting smell for us!!”

After rehabilitating an orphan lamb my outside brick pavers started to smell like a well lived in stable. I purchased the 5ltr bottle thinking I’d try it out, but probably going to need a lot more. I have only used roughly 800mls and the smell was completely gone. I was so blown away at the results.
