I've recently made our third purchase from Pet-Lab.
I have been impressed with all of the 5 products that I purchased, and also their exceptional customer service. I have dealt with several team members, so you know their high standard runs across the business. Thank you, Teri and Desre.
Here's a quick rundown of my experience:
PetLab Grubby Paw Throw Blankets in Beige: The quality of the dog throw is excellent. It's soft, and durable, and has quickly become both dogs’ favourite place to be at home.
What has been a game changer is having 2 Chocolate Labradors', the throw is a dream to clean and has not lost any of its shape or comfort after multiple washes. Initially, we purchased one throw, however, since then we now have another two. Two for the couch, and one for their dog bed.
Enzyme Stain & Odour Remover/ Cleaner: We have fake grass, The enzyme grass cleaner effectively eliminates odours and stains, making it a must-have for any pet owner with an outdoor space. It's safe for pets and the environment, which gives me peace of mind.
Artificial Turf Rake. Their rake is sturdy and also efficient. It picks up pet hair with ease leaves the area looking spotless, and is not damaging to the artificial turf. The handle is comfortable to hold, not heavy at all, and the bristles are perfect for our needs. You can tell it is going to last.
Healthy Habit Pet Safe Disinfectant. I was impressed by how this product delivered what it said it would do. It cleaned thoroughly our turf after I used the ‘Enzyme’ product. It was important to me, especially having 2 dogs, that the turf would be free from any pet-related germs or bacteria, which if not cleaned properly can lead to any type of virus.
It has a mild, pleasant scent and is safe to use around our two furry friends, which is so important.
Pet-Lab has surprised me with our first started kit delivery. They exceeded my expectations with its high-quality products and excellent customer service.
I have contacted their customer service team a few times to ask questions, and I can honestly say I felt acknowledged, and it shows in every aspect of their business.
I wanted to write this long review, as before I purchased their products I was looking to see other dog owners' experience.
