“I appreciate the pictures/names and treats that come with the box.. and the customer service. The flea medication does not work for my pets longer than a few days. I’m not a fan of the oil, it looks a mess on my dogs and it’s not easy to apply. I will be going back to the pill”

“This product used to be amazing. My dogs were happy and flea free. I've been a long time user of this product, and have always been very pleased with how well it works. In the last few months something has changed. All 3 of my dogs have been itching like crazy and still have fleas after bathing them and putting on the flea treatment. I don't know if the formula has been changed or it just stopped being as effective, but there has been a huge change in quality of this product since the changes that were made in the company a few months ago. I will most likely be switching to another company and flea treatment as my animals are miserable now.”
