“I have been a customer for a couple years now. The formula USED to work for my cats but now it DOES NOT. I put it on my cats the last 3 months in a row and all 3 months my cats have had HORRIBLE fleas after 2 days! I had to start giving my cats flea baths and use a flea comb because there are so many fleas on them. Prior to this, I had even recommended the company to one of my friends. I am hoping she does not have a bad experience like I have had. My smallest cat now has to go to the vet because he is acting sick from eating all the dang fleas that were not supposed to be on him. Not happy!!!”

“Product hasn't been as effective for months and they want to question me what else are we doing at home to alleviate fleas, if anything has changed. We use a pest control company every 6 months and their items, according to PetFriendly team, are sound and effective. They're above average with customer service and response times, but I miss their products working, and their older, more efficient website, where you could skip a box, add/remove a pet or product if needed, without having to email them every time and hope they see it, before new package sends off or order placed, because sometimes, from what I've seen they'll send items sooner and they'll have to refund. I love their personalized boxes and find the stickers funny about size of cat; same product for either but different amount (think bigger cat, more of the tube will be filled). My 18 year old cat who had the live flea issue, has now very low platelets, deemed to be vector-borne, despite having used this product for a good year. He is an indoor cat and shouldn't have to go through this but here we are. At the vet office when they checked for fleas for others in our cat crew, they still had them, so now they're back on prescription. Other reviews say this company suggested more frequent treatments, but in my case, they did not, and when you do this, you may pay just as much for prescription. I wish I could trust their product more.”

“A couple of my boys are not very cooperative when applying but patience wins out. But when it comes to being flea free, this is the best product I have ever used. We are totally flea free!”
